Adult advanced

Registrations are open for the new Adult Advanced Course!

The course consists of 5 lessons held on Wednesdays  with the following structure:

• 3 lessons at Infinity Boulder from 7:30 to 9:00 PM;
• 2 lessons at Sanbapolis from 7:30 to 9:30 PM.

The course will cover the following topics:

• Review of climbing and bouldering fundamentals

• Introduction to new school bouldering with integration of coordinated hand and foot movements

• Proper footwork on overhangs and slabs

• Introduction to using the Pan Gullich (campus board) and hangboard, including testing and a simulated training session, followed by a bouldering session

• Lead climbing and fall management safety techniques

A trial lesson is available at the cost of €41.

Participants enrolled in the course will receive a bonus of 6 free gym entries to be used during the course period.
